System Implementation

TITAN’s Implementation Process is a tested, tried and true proven process with numerous checks and balances in place to ensure that your system is installed accurately and timely. Below is an outline of our “paint by numbers” implementation approach:

          Initial Layout & Walk-through

  • Initial Layout & Walk-through Our team at TITAN works with you to determine the best plan for your project to minimize any potential disruptions. We will indicate devices at doors, cameras, and head-end equipment, requirements for power and data, and electrified hardware types required for your system. Our engineers, designers, technicians, and on-site personnel will then work together to determine the system goals and objectives, along with the best ways to achieve them.

  •  Installation Plans, Specs, and Value Engineering After reviewing our engineering and design [link to Engineering & Design page] recommendations, we will produce a comprehensive set of installation plans and specs for the project. We never cut corners on our drawings and provide detailed device plan layouts, riser drawings, door elevations, equipment control elevations, detailed writing diagrams, and specifications for all peripheral devices. We are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to system and equipment costs, potential pitfalls throughout the process, and how to avoid them and stay on track. We make sure that all of our clients get the greatest possible value for every dollar spent, whether they are spending hundreds or hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  • Installation and System Implementation The implementation process is monitored by TITAN’s Project Manager and completed by a  team of highly trained technicians.  Implementation begins with a ‘kick-off” meeting to review the project scope, plans and specs, budget, time line, materials and equipment, engineering and other pertinent information with team members prior to order of equipment.  After project kick-off, the PM sets weekly meetings at which time team members report progress, discuss issues, and generally provide information necessary to keep the project on track and moving forward.  Installation continues with meetings as required, field inspections, coordination of subcontractors and other traders, cabling, device mounting and terminations.        System Programming

  • System Programming TITAN’s Technical Support Specialists perform high level functions such as database conversions, system programming, and overall system optimization for best performance.

       Commissioning & Testing

  • Commissioning & Testing System commissioning occurs at the final stages of the project. Devices are brought on line and tested, cameras are programmed and tested, and device functionality is tested one at a time with adjustments made in the field and at the workstation until all is communicating and fully functioning per the customer’s requirement and acceptance.         Training

  • Upon conclusion of system testing, a TITAN training instructor provides end-user training to ensure that the customer fully understands the system capabilities, operation, and the administrative basics.         Site Support & Maintenance

  • Site Support & Maintenance At TITAN, we know that providing exceptional customer service after the installation is key to the success of your security system and your initiatives. Equally important is protecting your investment paid for the system. Because of this, we offer our customers several  comprehensive Site Support Maintenance Programs to choose from. These plans are customized to meet your specific support needs.  TITAN also supports every major product & system in the market so we can easily take over the maintenance of your existing system if you are not happy with your current vendor.

Cloud Hosted Services & Remote Management

  • Cloud Hosted Services & Remote Management TITAN can offer Cloud Hosted Solutions to relieve clients from having to purchase, maintain, and upgrade network video recorders (NVR’s), computers, workstations, and operating software. This also removes the ongoing costs for expensive hardware and software upgrades, as well the need to replace the system every 5 to 7 years. Cloud hosted solutions also guarantee that the system software is always operating, is always on the most current version, and has a disaster recovery redundancy. Additionally, this solution ensures that the client’s data is safely backed up daily, and securely stored in the event of a catastrophic failure. The system is limitless for expansion needs and will never become obsolete.
